Child's digital camera, with viewer display - is there such a thing?

Just wondering really.

Is there such a thing on the market? I know there are non digital child's cameras, but a digital one?

Something chunky and child proof
Easy to use - big buttons, etc.
A display viewer - so don't need to use a view finder and can see photos afterwards
Links to PC to download images

I am sure I have never seen such a thing TBH, but wondered if there was anything vaguely similar available?

the ones in Tesco do have a display view. 3.0 megapixals are £39.99 and 5.0 megapixel are 59.99

Good idea Hausfrau. My M&D have bought one for ds1 from Tescos, but I've no idea what it's like. And as he's 8 he can probably cope with a standard one.

I am resurecting this thread as did anyone get their child a digital camera for Christmas and was it any good? We didn't get one for ds for christmas but I really want to get one for his birthday. I couldn't find a product review so just asking for some successful christmas presents

Sad;y not. DD is currently using my own camera phone, which still has a week or so of contract left on it.

I bought my 6yo one of those Kodak Easycam C300 ones - very easy to use, good viewer and extra features for the child to learn about when a bit older. Not sure how robust it is, but it has survived being dropped on a hard floor. Paid £60 from Amazon for it last October

Thank you :) Might have to go on the Christmas present list. Shame it is quite so expensive really, but looks nice and chunky.
