I have a really loud coloured Oilily one my sister bought me as she was embarrassed to be seen with me hoiking an old plastic bag from my student days round with me.

You can't miss it

Great replies, thanks!!

I'm kind of all or nothing, have a masssive bag with loads in (not dissimilar to surfermum-another girl guide) if I go for a day or sometimes just take a beaker and a biscuit!!!

I was a numpty, had a freebie with my buggy that I hated, then managed to get a Baby Gap bag complete with all the gubbins in the sale - took all the stuff out and so used a flowery bag that the childminder hated! (put all the gubbins in that some unknown reason)

Have since rediscovered the stylish Gap bag and have spent too long wondering why I didn't use it to start with . . . .

So.... whats the best change bag for 2 kids under 18 months then???? I hate my mothercare bog standard one, and there's no way i could fit stuff for a 15 month old and a newborn in it..... whats the best?!

Libb · 31/07/2005 22:17

Jess, would you like this Gap one? It has a changing mat, lots of zip up bits and a bottle keeper thingy? to be honest it is probably wasted on DS as he is now 15 months and doesn't really need so much.

It is yours if you want it . . . tis black and can be slung over one shoulder. Won't embarrass any men either . . . unlike the flower power bag I insisted on for a year!

if you are sure?!

CAT me please!

I had a Caboodle bag and really loved it. Now I have a similar one but the changing mat isn't very good

I have SHIH CHARM BAG from america, if you check www.shih.com it may come i cant remember. It is really really lovely bag, with silver letter charms as you like. I had BABY GIRL charm and changed it PRINCESS. It holds 8 charms only. They have black, blue, pink. Seems all amercan celebs use it too It does not looklike nasty big changing bag, it is more like hand bag, with bottle holder and changing mat inside and lots of pockets. Very nice, i have lots of compliments of people asing where i get it. It just makes me feel better. I used to be very bag person and i cant face having backpack( no offense)
Besides, i have matching bag with my Bebecnfort Loola, and Jane Slalom which attach to the pram.

For my ds (2) I have a cheapo kids ruck sack which was £4.99 from Wilkinson's. I keep it packed for all eventualities so I just have to throw in food & drink and we are ready to leave the house. Despite it being always packed, hanging in the hall and navy blue my dh still forgets it every time he takes ds out [indulgent smile emoticon].

At the moment it contains change mat, 3 nappies, wipes, nappy sack, change of clothes, blanket, sun hat, sun cream, reigns, sticker book, coloured pencils, story book, a megablocs car, disposable camera, arnica tablets and a couple of packets of raisins and some breadsticks - the basic happy toddler kit!
