hi, you can get them in most regular curtain/household items shop, they're just a liner you put inside your curtains, I would recommend blackout blinds also, I have a lake nearby which throws a lot of light into bedroom so I've got the whole blackout set up going. Good luck.

John Lewis. Madeup linings - you have to take your curtains down and attach the blackouts to them using the hanging hooks, then hang the whole lot up again.

We don't have blinds, but the linings are perfectly adequate unless you want pitch black darkness on a sunny day.

I've had both but now just have blinds as I think they do block out more light.

You can also use this. We have a couple that we take on holiday with us - excellent!
