I have just measured their school trousers and their legs are 30cm and 36 cm long atm. so is that too big to use a trunki. They go to their dads every w/e so could be used for that but also we're going to disney the end of Jan. So If anyone has any experience then please let me know

I have a 7yr old old and 2yr old, this summer the 7yr old took it with him and he was a nightmare in the airport on it, far to big for it...
They are very handy for putting loads of stuff in, so next year the 7yr old will not be going on it just pulling it along

I would defo recommend them for travelling

thanks theseleqwemad. Wonder if it a boy thing she is quite a dainty little girl but i suppose with two of them together they might be a nightmare lol

I thought my 5 yr old looked a little too big for it last Xmas when he rode his Trunki through Heathrow. Saying that, I've just bought the Ladybird version for DD who is almost 3 since I'm pretty sure that my now 6 yr old will refuse to relinquish his to his little sister.

I was looking at Trunkis in John Lewis the other day. I think 6 and 7 would be too big for them, unless they're very tiny.

I think they should make them in a bigger size then

Sadly too big for them.

My 7y DD would love one and covets her younger friends of theirs.

And yes - they should make bigger ones!

They are also good if you dont have a pushchair when you get off the aeroplane and have to walk miles, my neice who is 3 just sat on it the whole time until she was able to get her pushchair back...

Also great for scooting up and down the hallway in the house

I have been known to sit on my decade old Samsonite which has 4 wheels and a dog lead - which definitely precedes the 'cutesy' mini Trunki versions.
