RTKangaMummy · 20/06/2005 12:24

BUY WELL KNOWN PRODUCT

BUT DO NOT NEED TO BUY THE MOST EXPENSIVE

APPLY THICKLY AND LEAVE TO ABSORB INTO SKIN

REAPPLY THICKLY

Plaster it on very thickly you say!

Excellent, because that's what I do and always get told off by stoopid dh for over doing it and making the kids look like clowns

RTKangaMummy · 20/06/2005 12:25

LOL HH

RTKangaMummy · 20/06/2005 12:26

No DEFFO need thick

so they look white and the skin will absorb within 20 mins

do it BEFORE going out in the sun

OP posts:
handlemecarefully · 20/06/2005 12:27

I am so delighted that I will now get the satisfaction of telling dh that I am right ...again!

RTKangaMummy · 20/06/2005 12:29

DEFFO BRILL HMC

They stressed that very strongly

And that sprays need to be used thickly as well

NOT a quick squirt or spray

QueenOfQuotes · 20/06/2005 12:30

yeah but differente creams 'vary' - some have to be rubbed in - so that it disappears, others need to be left 'visibily' on the skin Confused

SaintGeorge · 20/06/2005 12:31

They are giving out incorrect information if they say lifespan of suncream is only 18 months.

RTKangaMummy · 20/06/2005 12:36

I think the point is that you should apply liberally rahter than a quick squirt or spray and then think that you are covered and may have missed part of your body

Like your shoulders or back of legs back of neck

Also I think the 18 month thing may have been me rather than them It was that they said you would have a shorter lifespan of your cream if you had it sitting in the sun on the beach

If it smells funny or separates then it is probably too old

I am really sorry was trying to type and watch and listen so sorry

Perhaps the fact sheet would be a better idea than copying what my interpreptation of the segment is

RTKM, thanks for the info, obviously we don't get ITV 1 here but the information is very useful, we have been doing it correctly mostly, even though ds trys to run out the door before he is covered but he also wears a uv suit, hat and factor 30, he doesn't look like he lives in Dubai he is so white...

Hope you make it here one day, but wait until the building work has calmed down!!!
