My dp has always got ds (14m) nappies from Makros I have never really asked how much they are he just picks them up on way home from work. I had nearly run out and i ran up somerfields and they were nearly £6 for 26 pampers baby dry. I checked dps makro bills and he pays £13.50 for 141 nappies and £5 for 6x72 wipes. I will never ever buy nappies in somerfield again... what a rip off!!!

Not the best picture but here you go moondog

MD doesn't watch telly. She thinks it's brain-sapping and soul destroying (but she reads Heat and Hello and OK).

Ain't that right, MD

I thought someone might say that

'Scuse me while I go and read my copy of "recycling today"

Gobbledigook · 15/06/2005 11:04

I should have bought cloth ones really (JT did try to persuade me but I was having none of it!) - probably would have saved me a fortune over the last 4.5 yrs.

Mind you, can't imagine having more washing than I already do. I know it's not hard but it's an extra job isn't it?

misdee · 15/06/2005 11:15

MrsDoolittle · 15/06/2005 11:40

misdee · 15/06/2005 11:42

she is doping well, coo-ing a lot bless her.

MrsDoolittle · 15/06/2005 11:43

TracyK · 15/06/2005 11:43

I prefer the tescos ones - much more absorbent than Pampers. Even at £13.50 for 141 is 9p each - tescos are only 4p each.

jessicasmummy · 15/06/2005 11:45

George at Asda are really good and cheap - £8.97 for 93.... just waiting for the toddler kushies to dry so i can get back into re-usables!

starshaker · 15/06/2005 11:48

i use tescos aswell as anyother brings dd out in a really bad nappy rash poor thing and there cheap 2

TracyK · 15/06/2005 11:49

sorry - tescos is 11p.

loulabelle222 · 15/06/2005 11:52
