Calling Mac users! Any Advice?

Hi, I work from home on my lovely iMac, and most of my work is in word/excel which suits my clients normally. I have just been asked to do an annual report and newsletter for a regular client but they use publisher for it. Now I am fairly certain you cant get publisher for the Mac, but is there any software I could buy that would be compatible with it. I hope I can find a solution because it will be a really easy bit of work for me to do to keep a bit of money coming in after baby comes! I do love my Mac but at times like this I question my intelligence in buying one.

Its the iMac G4 (I think), the dome based white one with screen on an arm! LOL, I am such a girl!

the crucial website will say how much extra memory a G4 can take.

(re: static - hub2dee/Muddahub - what happens to the chip if it gets a bolt of static discharge??)

Call it 'gooseneck' and everyone understands.

Fabulous design that one.

Sometimes nothing, sometimes instant death.

Not very helpful, hey.

(In all my years of messing, I haven't ever fried a memory stick, and I never wear a static strap etc. but I do touch cases when I can to attempt to make sure I'm not going to kill things just by looking at them).

It is fabulous H2D, not as keen on the new iMac tbh, which is a relief because at least with this one I am not lusting after the next model!

I daresay it will do the trick, Alibubbles.

Gingerbear .... as h2d says, sometimes nothing, sometimes you'll fry it. But while memory is cheaper than it used to be, I still wouldn't want to take the chance!
