I am looking for some towelling ponchos for children to put on after swimming. I've seen some in maman jo bebe but they seem a bit expensive and not very interesting - anyone know of another source, preferably on the internet ? Thanks.

Delighted to find some boden bashing going on. I seem to get about five of their catalogues a week. They always say "we'd love to hear your comments about our clothes" so my sister wrote back:"I think all you clothes are horrible". Funnily enough she didn't get a personal reply from Johnny himself. Tried the guardian website for the interview - can't find it - can anyone remember what day it was?

Another vote for Somerfield, I think they also do them in Wilkinsons

Gilli, thanks for the Mitty James tip. Boden were out of stock so I've ordered from Mittty today.

Tomps - I'm really glad. You won't be disappointed, and Mitty's are a) the original, and b) made in the UK, that's why there are no irritating long out of stock pauses...

But unfortunately as Granny had also had the same good idea and bought one for dd I tried to send mine back. Only to have it returned to me with a curt note explaining that as the cuffs were soiled they could not accept the garment back. Of course no soiling visible to my naked eye as it's not been worn ... so I've written them a snotty letter and will not be recommending Mitty james to anyone else. Real shame
