Baby gift you can't get in the USA - any ideas?

My brother and his wife are expecting their first baby. I'd like to get them something useful that none of their friends in the US will have. Any suggestions? Ideally something I can give my parents to take over when they go to visit.
So difficult these days to buy something unique when you can get everything everywhere!

Hi there - some great gifts available at www.BabesWithBabies.com (love the name ) - great gift sets of stuff for mum and baby. They also have stuff for new dads too (matching Pint & Half pint t-shirts are my fave! - but do you think you get the fella too? )

Not saying it's cheap but it's different.

Hope you find something.

What about those very sweet (but somewhat pricy) vests from european companies like petit bateau? I am particularly thinking of the ones that have a cross over kimono style closing at the top (chest). I don't recall seeing things like that in the US, and they are lovely.

ashton and parsons tooth powder. my sister used to have me several boxes of it over.
but i am american and have a 4 month old and there's not much you can't get there but lots there you can't get here! grobags are very expensive in states though, i agree. they have other kinds of sleeping sacks though. maybe a few very british books? my british friends always talked about jemima puddle duck. i don't think she ever made it across the pond. muslin cloths aren't that popular there either so i agree with that poster as i really like them and will take some when i go back.
