How much do you want to spend ?

SoupDragon · 20/03/2009 14:35

I got a Mad Dash one (14') from here on a MN recommendation. It has been fab and the service was great.

DSs were 8, 6 and DD was 18 months when we got it. Personally I think you should go for one as big as you can comfortably fit in your garden.

SoupDragon · 20/03/2009 14:36

It came with an enclosure and cover and was around £200 IIRC.

poopscoop · 20/03/2009 14:37

We have a Jumpking 14ft. Was about £360 but that was 5 years ago and although quite exdpensive is still going strong, and in very heavy use.

If it broke I would certainly buy another one.

VinoEsmeralda · 20/03/2009 14:38

Make sure it has a enclosure as that has made my life so much easier! We bought ours from Focus for £99 two years ago and it is still in very good condition and used nearly every day

SoupDragon · 20/03/2009 14:39

We have the 14' version of this but they don't seem to have it that large at the moment.

SoupDragon · 20/03/2009 14:39

Don't get a ladder - this ensures the little one(s) can't get on unaided and thus unsupervised.

Lilyloo · 20/03/2009 14:45

Was looking at £200 ish

good point on the ladder thanks

Can I ask whether you all have yours on grass or concrete? I think we have space for one but it would be over concrete - why does the website soupdragon linked to say they must go over grass?

VinoEsmeralda · 22/03/2009 16:15

We have ours on grass. I would never ever put one on concrete regardless of having a safety net around it as they are not fool proof (DC proof) and concrete is asking for trips to A&E

accessorizequeen · 23/03/2009 20:25

Yes, of course you're right. just figuring out whether we can fit one in.

poopscoop · 24/03/2009 15:55

grass here
