The lovely quality green wellies that they used to do? DD1 has outgrown hers and I now need a size 4.

They were great and cheap as chips!

Ideas please?

Thank you

sainsbury usually have nice inexpensive wellies- about £3 or £4, and nice colours- try a largish store though

I think I shall have a hunt round then. She particularly liked the green ones as they weren't too childish.

Thank you all!

Another vote for Asda. Brilliant.

AnnakeyRules · 08/02/2009 16:23

Homebase did plain green wellies last year kids up to adults.

Thank you all. Well, we were going on a long walk this aftenoon, so I stopped off at Asda and got dd1 some red ones with stars on for £9. Not quite what we wanted, but they did the job just fine and DD1 likes them (she was trying to ignore the HSM logo on the side though ).

We got thoroughly muddy and dd1's feet remained dry and cosy, so they have passed their test-run with flying colours
