Socks without seams for DS (older boys size 3). Available in UK?

That's it really. DS does have a sensitive sense of touch, along with malformed feet (extra metatarsal means his rt foot is esp. wide at the base of toes, so sock seam just catches him there).

Can't turn socks inside out, esp on school days. He gets teased (bullied) for having funny feet as it is. No way will he wear inside out socks to add to the bullying factor (even tho a few years ago he always chose to wear them inside out).

I was just going to suggest inside out. If you got plain ones, you can't tell, surely? Some of my socks I wear inside out for this reason, but no one can tell at all

his grey school socks do look obvious inside out, and we are dealing with a 9 y.o. here, rational explanations often don't work.

you sound a bit snappy or pissed off with me? I have got socks that look absolutely identical either right way round or inside out, no need for rational explanations to mean spirited 9 year old boys necessary. I really mean identical, not just .might get away with it if it's dark and no lights on. Maybe you could shop around for a different brand?

In fact, just gone and looked at my (9 year old) dss socks (bought at m & S and they look just the same either way.

Sorry, no, not snappy or P.O.ed with YOU at all.

Just somewhat frustrated by over sensitive 9 y.o. and the 2 lads at school who currently seem set on making his life a misery.

I take it seamless socks are not available in the UK for kids then?

Given how many people have ASD children who have problems with this sort of thing, I sense a business opportunity emerging....

"can't the school help with the 2 lads making your poor ds's life difficult? "

Apparently not, cuppa. It's been going on for a while now.
