Please can you recommend a car seat

Merry Xmas! DD is in a baby car seat which is part of a travel system. I reckon in a couple of months, she will need the next size up. I was thinking we could try and get a new one in the sales but have no idea what to get.

I think I want one that can be taken in and out of the car so we can use either my car or DH's. Apart from that, I have no idea. If it makes any difference, I have a 2 door car.

Any recommendations would be great. Thanks.

Wow, that's a great deal for a rear facing seat!

this is meant for special needs children but recent research shows you should keep children rear facing until at least 4 years old (preferably longer if size allows) so many people are now getting them for NT children too.

Wow, even better!

I have a rear facing seat for my (NT) DD too, they are so much safer, it's been the norm in Scandinavian countries for years actually. They give DC a great panoramic view too

www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Seville-car-seat-Grey/dp/B000M51B3I/sr=1-3/qid=1230290333/ref=sr_1_3/2 75-4023530-0742123?_encoding=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&n=44451031&mcb=core nice and cheap, ands can keep her rear facing till at least a year. If she's already a year old (and only if, otherwise your risking her life every time you drive) go for a britax 123 evolva. That way you only need to buy one carseat, and you can keep her in it until she's 9 or 10 years old.

Rear facing is recommended until at least 18 months, and preferably much longer.
