no idea what it is, but it's ugly. It doesn't look very big and the front wheel doesn't look like it swivels.

carrielou2007 · 13/12/2008 12:38

Hmmn, not my cup of tea for a three wheeler, the front wheel is fixed so great for offroading but then if you are going to be doing that you need a mountain buggy really.

Is it light weight? Are they mega cheap or on sale? What are your reasons/requirements for choosing that over others?

babyjjbaby · 13/12/2008 13:12

a jane everest i think

rasgal · 13/12/2008 13:15

i really dont know, i have looked at every single buggy, and except the xplory cant find one i would settle for. im just clutching at straws now b4 purchase because the xplory is soooo expensive for me!

nope they haven't been made for a few years now what do u want from a buggy

horsemadgal · 13/12/2008 18:37

Those Everest's were really heavy anyway.
What's your criteria?
Best 3 wheelers are Mountain buggy, Jane Slalom, Nipper 360 and BOB.

rasgal · 14/12/2008 00:38

my budget is max £500 and i would like a slim, lightweight buggy that can be used on public transport.

buggy different not a bugaboo or quinny because everyone has those!

crazyloon1 · 14/12/2008 05:53

i would go for an mB Urban then...by far the best all rounder IMO. I've had over 50 prams and buggies and it's come out top of my list

naomi83 · 14/12/2008 06:05

slim lightweight easy to fold buggy for public transport= baby jogger city mini with maxi cosi attachment. you can get em from kiddicare. lightest weight 3 wheeler for off road, you want a nipper 360. best all terrain= you want a MB.

christmasiana · 14/12/2008 09:24

rasgal the easiest buggy to use on puclic transport that's light and easy to fold is a simple maclaren

your baby won't mind what he/ she is in and they are so handy and popular

i have a maclaren and a nipper 360

i would divide your spend between two buggies because ones that are best for trasnport are never going to be best off road, ones for off road are never going to be slim and easy to fold. well, some buggies might claim to be good at everything but they end up not being very good at anything (for example micarlite which i bought and renamed micra shite)

crazyloon1 · 14/12/2008 09:56

Yes Christiana is right - and I personally object to tiny babies being in a maclaren or something without any air in the tyres - it overuses their poor little moro reflex!

Cushioning all the way for at least 3 months. Then by all means, whatever they will sleep in

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 14/12/2008 10:05

The welcomemrbaby website has the bebe confort high trek which is one that baby linked to up there ^.

We've got it recently (as we've got a loola and all the fittings for that i.e. car seat, carrycot etc) for off roading and it is fab but wouldn't be practical for public transport.

Also its seat is for 6 months+ but you can use the car seat and carrycot on the same chassis in the meantime

babyjjbaby · 14/12/2008 10:15

i wouldn't even think about a 3wheeler for puclic transport i use the bus alot and i struggle with my m&p mpx and that is alot narrower and shorter than a 3 wheeler also i have to wait for another bus if there is another buggy on the bus the best buggy i have had for goign on the bus but is still nice is a pliko pramette but if u need to fold it up for the bus u need a umbrella fold

horsemadgal · 14/12/2008 16:42

Agree with Naomi.
