how do you "hide" a dishwasher?

I am thinking about getting a new kitchen and am swithering about whether to get rid of my dishwasher as i don't use it that often.

If I keep it I want it to be hidden so as not to spoil the look of the kitchen.
Hw do you do this? The kitchen will be made by a local carpenter. He did me some drawings with the idea of NOT having one and it looks lovely.

Are there only certain models of dishwasher that are suitable for being hidden by a wooden panel or whatever?

hi about removing the facia on intergrated dishwasher it is quite easy asDH has just put new kitchen cupboard doors up and included one on dishwasher. Think its more the buying another dishwasher suitable for intergrating that you may find difficult.

I would suggest paying for a better dishwasher as well... we just had our kitchen refitted and ordered the cheapest semi integrated one we could find from currys -- think it was about 250 quid and is totally fab... you can get it on interest free credit as well.. all you see with ours is a silver strip across the top with the dials... but they fit in with the scheme and look really nice...
