Anybody got this bouncy castle from Argos for £79 with a fan?

Hello. I am planning my DDs first birthday party (I know she is only 1 but we have lots of children in the family to ammuse). Don't want to waste loads of money at all as she is too young to enjoy it.

We are thinking of hiring the local hall which is only abouy £40 but Wanted something to do for the kids.

I found this in argos but seems a bit too good to be true?

Don;t want to spend money hiring one but if we were to buy one we could re-use it every year and have it up in the summer occasionally. I am a childminder too so could use it for that if it fits in my garden (and if allowed by ofsted?).

What does everybody think? Is it a silly idea or good investment? I don't think we will ever be able to afford an entertainer for parties or anything so might save a lot of hassle in the future?

I have spoken to DH and he is worried that it will be one of those things that we buy and just never get used etc.

Would be really grateful if somebody could tell me what they think?

We have a bouncy castle v similar to that, brought it of ebay last year.Think ours is 10x10. We use it loads and always up in the summer in garden. Have used it once for a party but wouldn't again, as too many children on it and i got worried in case anyone hurt themselves.

But would buy again without any doubt.

For the party there would only be a few kids there. It is mainly an adult party but just want something to keep the kids amused for some of it and make it enjoyable for them.

How do I convince DH?

I have it, but got it from Woolies for £59, then they reduced it again to £29.99

It can comfortable take 2-3 toddlers at a time. It is not really bouncy, but they seem to enjoy dancing and bouncing off the 'walls'.

It is very noisy so you would need a large space if it is mostly adults who would like to chat but supervise at the same time!

It is a bit guzzly on electricity as well, just in case that is a consideration for using the hall/in the future.

We have had it out about 4-5 times over the summer, and will probably put it up for DS' birthday, but indoors somewhere

Do you know if woolies still do it? £29.99 would be a lot easier to convince DH!!

I got it online but yesterday, when I went onto woolies website, they didn't seem to have any toys.
