Hi all,

I am expecting number 2 and really don't need this but a friend is selling a bug frog and I am considering buying... I have a lascal maxi buggy board that I can attach to it for toddler.

Can I have honest opinions please about this buggy as keep reading different reviews.

It is in excellent condition (aubergine) and includes parasol, foot muff, raincover, bassinet thingy, bag clips and storage basket.

Also, what is it worth as still haven't agreed on a price.

Many thanks in advance and sorry if this thread has been repeated before.

I love my bugaboo. I have had a frog and a Cam. The frog is light and easy to push. Its a bit of a bugger to unfold but once you have the knack its fine
I brought a cam because the only problem i could find was the handle height, as dh is 6ft 1 and im 5ft.
At a guess a frog depending age, condition and extras, anything from £150- £220.

Thanks very much for that...both me and hub are short arses lol so not too worried about handle height...is the unfolding / folding awful? I have overcome some tricky buggy folds so hope it won't be too bad...gonna have a fiddle first.

Any more opinions gratefully accepted

no there is a knack to it, but its not too bad. Only other problem i have with bugaboo is you have to take seat off frame to fold

lecohen · 30/10/2008 23:48

yes, I bet that will annoy me but may be my walking buggy so not sure how often will fold... is it tricky or simple to remove? Sorry for all the questions.

lecohen · 01/11/2008 23:57

special rates for special mates lol...part cash and part swap for toys and things :-)

My hub said I must sell it in a few months because we really didn't "need" it...but I hope to use it with newborn so we'll see.

no dont, you will never find a lovely pram like it

lecohen · 02/11/2008 00:10

Thanks :-)

My 2yr old dd hates it but to be honest, she doesn't tolerate buggies well anyway...I am excited to use it for baby...I keep looking at it and fiddling with it and practicing folding it up - sad eh lol

Only thing is that when I need to put the carrycot fabrics on, I think it will stress me out as looks so fiddly and tricky
