Anyone else with warm memories of this French children's TV serial might like to know it's on DVD now, just been rereleased.

Ha! My claim to fame is that Jackie, who sang White Horses and Rupert the Bear, was the daughter of our priest's housekeeper! Ha, beat that!!!!

No, I can honestly say that White Horses must have completely passed me by....but its reminded me about the Wooden Tops (here comes mummy wooden top...), Tales of the Riverbank and Wacky Races!

Oh! I thought this thread was going to be about Belle and Sebastian... the band!! sigh! i was already for a pseudo intellectual chat about the ponciness of belle and sebastian! (even though i still like them! - went to see them in concert a week before dd was born... sigh! it was the last date me and dh had before dd!!!)

I don't remember a bayleaf - just parsley the lion, and the chives! I had a Herbs album, much loved!
