Should I buy an Organised Mum Life Book Diary?

Flier · 20/10/2008 12:11

I need a diary with plenty of space to write but also have spaces at front or back for addresses and phone numbers, it looks like the organised mum life book will do the job.
Also some space for note taking and shopping lists would be good

Can anyone tell me if it is any good? It certainly seems that way, judking by the threads I've seen, but are there any similiar products?

Also, who can give me their link so I can earn commission? I know Cod used to do it-can anyone link for me?

No, Flier, thank you!

I really do love my diary though - the family one has seven different columns and I use the first three for me (as I have several different "hats" I wear, so have different meetings/courses to attend), the next three for DH and the boys and the last one is for events, such as birthdays or anniversaries.

Love it!

Flier · 20/10/2008 13:54

thata a good idea, i have a few differnt "hats" going on, hence wht i wanted one , may just get the family one then, thanks

I have a pocket life book now and am starting to use it a bit more now that ds is having regular hospital appointments but don't know whether to get another pocket one or go for the life book this time
Do people find the covers useful or not?

hunkermunker · 20/10/2008 13:57

I have a red cover and I love that too.

ComeOVeneer · 20/10/2008 13:58

Covers useful to hold a pen and also various letters/bills etc in the pocket. I have the family life book with raspberry leather cover, and the family wall calnedar. I also bought the magnetic fridge weekly menu planner with shopping list, but all the pages fell of the magnetic back board within days of getting it

hunkermunker · 20/10/2008 14:00

CoV, email them to tell them.

ComeOVeneer · 20/10/2008 14:01

Will do.

whoops · 20/10/2008 14:15

I've just ordered the family life book!
Will order a cover later when I have some spare cash

Wisp · 20/10/2008 15:14

I have a leather raspberry cover going spare, you can have. Its a year old, but the blasted thing stayed on my desk and was rarely used ( so much for me getting organised!!)

Flier · 20/10/2008 15:44

is that to me or whoops, Wisp?

OP posts:
Wisp · 20/10/2008 15:48

Anyone who would use it Flier!
I nearly chucked it out last week, so I'd just be pleased to know it could get used!

ComeOVeneer · 20/10/2008 15:49

Have emailed them and got a reply almost instantly giving me a refund!

Flier · 20/10/2008 15:59

COV - Result! now thats the sort of customer service I like to see

hunkermunker · 20/10/2008 17:03

Flier · 21/10/2008 08:53

Hey thanks Flier for starting this thread, and thanks Hunker for the link.

I really need a Family Diary but had forgotten how to get one. Does anyone on MN sell them and could do with some commission? I'm going to buy one so would gladly help a MNer earn a little extra cash. I'll buy it later this evening (9pm) so let me know asap!

Flier · 21/10/2008 16:38

Ooh, hello! Please click here and I'll love you forever

I have the Family Life Book and I adore it.

Hunkermunker has linked to her link, she'll get the commission. I must order mine tonight too.

MrsThierryHenry · 21/10/2008 16:43

Ah, I see - I clicked on the link but didn't realise it would connect directly to her. Fab, she'll get my 40%!

ghosty · 21/10/2008 21:40

HUNKER ... how can I send your specific link to my parents? I am going to get them to get me one for Xmas (not sure I can wait that long though ). I think my sister wants one too (and possibly my SIL) ...
