Anyone know address for Head Office for Clarks Shoes

I bought a new pair of school shoes for my dd. She has only worn them since she returned to school and doesn't wear them anywhere else. They have those dolls in them and each time the dolls were pulled out and in, the insole has got crumpled. I went to the local Clarks shop and they sold me a pair of in-soles. Perhaps some of you would know the address of Head Office. I would like to express my dissatifaction to them.

I complained bitterly wrote to them once. I think the head office is in Street, Somerset iirc. Sorry don't have a fuller address.

They couldn't have been less interested with me btw, but you never know.

Good luck, we get all of dd shoes from there as we only live 25 miles away so go the the factory outlet (with other fabbi shops) quite often.

One pair have rubbed her heels raw, she is 20 months, no-one seemed bothered. I bought a really comfy flat pair of shoes for me that were 45 quid when preggers and after just 4 weeks the soles split. They would not change them as they said they were not designed for such extreme weight - I was 8 months preggers, had purposeley bought a size larger incase feet got swollen. What about people who are overweight and weigh about 13 stone, are they not allowed to wear clarks shoes??!!

Letter is now written and will be sent tomorrow. I will keep you posted if I get any reply. At least I have got my grievance off my chest now. Carrielou - your poor daughter. The reason we buy these more expensive shoes is so that our children have no problems with their feet. The fact that no-one seemed bothered is terrible. Poor you as well - to pay that much for shoes that don't last. It shouldn't matter what weight you are.

Just to let you know I got a nice letter from Clarks who said to take the shoes back to where I bought them and get the sales assistant to have a look. I got a different sales assistant this time and she was very helpful and replaced the old shoes with a new pair exactly the same. The dolls have been removed and my dd warned not to pull the flap. I certainly won't be buying this type of shoe next year. But as for Clarks - I am very happy that they were as helpful.
