Hey all

DD is a biggun, five months and around 9 kg or so at the mo. Will a bumbo work for her? Will she get stuck?

Thanks!

DS is 11 months and 26lbs 6oz (just got him weighed today!) and still sits in his sometimes, usually when I am hanging the washing out and the grass is too wet for him to sit on. He's always been big and is cloth nappied to boot but still fits in.

We used it a lot from about 4 months on. The bouncy chair lived upstairs and the Bumbo was kept downstairs. I liked as I could carry DS in one hand, the bumbo in the other and plonk them down wherever necessary. It was handy before he could sit properly as he liked to see what was going on. After that, it was handy for me as I knew he was safe.
He sat well by himself by 5.5 months so I don't think it did him any harm.

My DS is 24 weeks and managed to launch himself out of one yesterday. They are not safe.
