Which cupboard locks are toddler proof but not adult proof ?!

Dh is just trying to fit some ikea cupboard locks to our low kitchen cupboards with breakable stuff in as dd has just started exploring them and helping herself to things out of them. Only problem is they seem to be adult-proof too . When you try to open the door the catch locks in place and is impossible to open - are we doing something wrong? Which cupboard locks are the easiest for adults to work - any recommendations?

We have fitted magnetic ones (from Boots), cheap and work very well.

Coould you just swap the contents of our cupboards?

Thanks for responses - will look out for magnetic ones although she is quite strong! The handles are very long and some of the doors are singles so elastic bands won't work that well - great suggestion though.

Most of our storage is below the worktops so swapping cupboards doesn't help that much - hopefully we can train her just to play with the tupperware cupboard!

These are the magnet ones, strength of child is not an issue, just do not lose the key
