Ok so my hoover just died.......what do I buy next?

Hi - my less than 1 yr old Bissell has just died on me (grrr...can't find the receipt either!) and I need the following:

1. allergy/cat hair thingy
2. pref upright as although I love the cylinder ones, they all seem to kill my back as they're hard to push when sucking enough to do a good job (if you see what I mean)
3. Pref bagless although I know bagged are supposed to be better for allergies (dd1)
4. Will stretch to Dyson if essential, but hear that Miele are good - I have a washing machine by them which I LOVE!

Thanks all - my Sebo Felix pet (as advised on the Sebo website) is arriving in the next few days - very excited (and obviously very sad to be excited about a hoover!!!!!)
