Latex-free pants for allergy - anyone wear them?

I have developed a latex allergy and all my pants are itching me like mad around the waist and legs. I've looked online but even the pure cotton pants have latex in the waist and leg trims.

There seem to be a couple of specialist suppliers online but their pants are at least £25 each and I can't find enough reviews. Has anyone found any that they can wear?

1 Pair Natural Underwear From 100% Organic Cotton GOTS Certified, Soft, Hypoallergenic, Thin - Etsy UK - this shop also does a 3 pack

While you are looking for something more appropriate perhaps you could find a pair of shortie pyjamas bottoms with a tie waist which could do in the meantime?

Or gents boxer style pants as they aren't elasticated at the legs, providing you can find a button or tie waist, which could be tricky. You could cut off the waistband and hem it with some kind of tie fastening.

Invest in some real silk charmeuse fabric beckfordsilk.co.uk/product-category/shop/silk-dyed/silk-charmeuse-54/ and make yourself a load of French knickers. Any latex in the elastic waist shouldn't be a problem since it is encased in fabric, but if it is you could just use pyjama cord at the top to hold them up, instead of elastic https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=jvfN0yxA6cw&t=26s

Do you wear these or know anyone who does? I see they are shipped from Israel so the postage is very high.

I'm going to try these - not very pretty but the elastic is enclosed so they might work. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Pairs-Womens-Cotton-Interlock-Pantees/dp/B09T6Z9CM1?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1

I think m&s are latex free. Maybe ask customer services

Thanks, I've always worn M&S pants and I can't find any that don't have latex in the trims.

Ah that's a shame. Maybe it's kids only. I was buying for my daughter

I haven't ordered the above - I've gone for these instead

Well... you learn something everyday! Apparently spandex doesn't contain latex so I've cancelled the above orders and bought these instead:
