I've ordered .paid for a tv that was in stock and on prime day they now say its out of stock. Do they have any obligation to provide what I ordered if I don't want a refund ??
All I want is what I've paid for . Any help would be massively appreciated thanks

If they haven't got it in stock now they can't provide it. If you complain you might get a discount on a different one, was it Amazon itself or Market Place?

No. They can either offer you the TV that you ordered or a full refund. If they don’t have it, they don’t have it. They can’t magic one up, so they have to offer the refund.

Didn't expect them to do magic, just send me what I paid for on amazon not market place and as they have been paid for something that was available when ordered and expected also lost half day wages to wait In for said parcel. So if they don't have ot they shouldn't of give me a receipt for tv that never came but sent a model 2 years older and less features?? So magic no . Professional service 100% yes

Who did you actually order it from? What does the original email confirmation/receipt say? You’ve now mentioned Marketplace, which isn’t actually Amazon, as in the buyer’s contract isn’t with Amazon, and the order doesn’t come from an Amazon warehouse. Marketplace is for 3rd party sellers.
