Thinkking of getting one of these to take on holiday - need somethign lightish but with air filled tyres and a reclining seat - and also to use as a second buggy.

For those who have them - woud you buy it again? Do you rate it? Are there any major flaws that i should be aware of?

Yes it's fab!!!!!!!! It won't be your 2nd buggy, you'll want to use it all the time. So many mums have pushed mine and wanted to keep it

We had the double Nipper fixed for our twins it was so good we treated ourselves to a Single 360 for dd and it's even better.

Only complaint is the rainguard doesn't last long so get yourself a spare before the year guarantee runs out.

It's fab! Agree that it's won't be a second buggy. We had the double when DS2 was born and I could push him and DS1 around easily (with fingertips) 10 days post-section.

Some people don't like the fixed front wheel but it's honestly never bothered me.

I love mine and am secretly pleased to have an excuse to push DS2 in it now when he gets tired on long walks!

I'm looking at getting the double if finances will stretch. I have read loads of reviews and they mostly seem good.

I'm also considering one of these (the single) - do you think it would it be suitable for air travel as I see it's not an umbrella fold. Has anyone taken them on planes before?

Orchide · 03/04/2008 22:36

Good question Catski.

We would be takign ours on a plane too, interested to see what others say.

I personally wouldn't, it's too nice and quite expensive if anything was to happen to it, think they're a bit bulkier too. We had the bag with our double but never really used it. Having said that we haven't flown with the dc yet, just ferries so somebody may have and have better advice.

I see your point but really want/need a buggy with air filled tyres and struggling to find anything which meets our criteria and that i like. I'd rather not spend massive amounts of money on something which will rattle around in the hold nor do i want to buy a one-off buggy, something i will only use for this holiday and never again. At least if i buy something decent, something i like then will also use it at home too, no?

How small do they fold down - anyone know?

They kind of fold into a square, kind of in half, the 360 wheel kind of swivels round under it, very easy but not long and thin like a umbrella. If it's going in the hold I'd get the bag to go with it but they're pricey.
