Mid-higher sleep and separate wardrobe, or high sleeper with wardrobe included????

Just starting to think about re-arranging the DS's bedrooms and getting DS1 into the "spare" room on his own. Decided it'll be my first "project".

It's a small room, one window is quite small and high up (look directly over into the school) the other on the side is bigger and lets in much more light.

Trying to decide whether

something like

this which may partially cover the small high window. And would probably need the addition of a small chest of drawers.

Would be better than something like

this and a separate wardrobe....

What do you think??

(going out in a minute so will check back later)

second one, the first would be too overbearing in a small room

FLEXA is brilliant because you can lower a high bed to cabin bed, and then normal height, as needs change, so wardrobe can go under or separate.

They look good Milliways - but I'm going to need shelves/desk/storage etc too - and I've had to buy them separate with those
