Would you put a trampoline in your child's bedroom if you had no garden?

We live in a flat, but my boys share a large bedroom. I am desperate to create more physical opportunities for them inside. I have found a trampoline from a German catalogue (one that delivers here that I have ordered stuff from before) that is shown being used inside (look at the picture on the right trampoline ), but have never seen anything like it in the UK. I have measured their room and it will fit ok. We have laminate floor (like in the picture). I am wondering if it is safe.

Any thoughs?

My boys will be 7 and 4 when I buy this.

No - the flat downstairs is owned by people who are only in London about two weeks of the year, and their kids are noisier than mine! I think the comments about neighbours are odd as the children running around on laminate floor is much noisier than jumpingon a trampoline would be.
