double buggy - for big 15kg 2yo and 4.3kg baby side by side only

We've already got a 2 year old boy who is almost 15kg and we've got our second child(girl) due on the 2nd April (Cesarean) and the growth scans show she will be about 9.5 lbs.
We want a side by side buggy (suitable from birth) as we don't like the idea of one staring at the others back. Quite a few double buggies (Maclaren twin techno, M&P Aria, Combi WE2) are ruled out as they have a 15kg limit.
The only suitable one I have seen is the 'Out n About Nipper double 360' which can cope with children up to 20kg. However these are rather pricy at £300 (£200ish secondhand).
Can anybody offer any comments on the 'Out n About' or offer any other suggestion on buggies which would be suitable (as we are starting to run out of time!).
Many Thanks, John

I had 2 sections, my babies were 10lbs 2oz and 10lbs 9oz, and I managed to carry them easily in slings

First time I had a Baby Bjorn Active - rubbish, wouldn't recommend (although better than the original Baby Bjorn). Second time I had a hug-a-bub (bought 2nd hand on ebay, sold it on when finished with it) and 2 wrap slings - all absolutely fab for carrying heavy clingy colicky babies

If I were having another baby I'd consider a Close Baby Carrier - looks comfy and easy to wear.

Or a Phil & Teds for your age gap, great for when baby is young, and when older, they really don't seem to mind being in the back seat.

Still think the Mt buggy double 2nd hand is the best side by side around

FYI - my solution to my dilemma has been to buy a "Close" baby carrier and a buggy board for my single. Odds are more than likely I will have to a have a second section as well...

I'm also going buying a Graco Duosport (prob second hand ~ £50) for the few times in the week that I will need a double. Again it is a compromise - the seat doesn't fully recline so is not great for a newborn and I personally like newborns to be in a carrycot but, on balance given how little I will use it, it seems like it ticks most of the boxes - unlike most of the cheaper side by sides, because it is one big handle you can actually steer it with one hand and (hopefully) control a toddler if he has decided to walk!

Total spend < £150 and it give me lots of different options.

Wouldn't write a sling off completely. They can be invaluable with a toddler and tiny baby, just around the house if nothing else!
