Sun cream for little ones!! Any advice??

We are off on a long-awaited holiday on Sunday but every time we have gone away my little ones come out in a rash no matter what sunscreen I try. They wear those SPF50 sunsuits during the day but obviously I have to put cream on their faces and arms and every one seems to cause a reaction.
Nothing major, just a red rash but they're obviously allergic or the sunscreen I am using is too harsh??
Have tried Johnson's baby, Boots, Nivea kids, Aveeno and Soltan. Has anyone found a nice mild one that still has high SPF??
Many thanks!!!

Hmmmm, Am unsure. I use Nivea and its fine.

Don't know if you search the internet they may be a more milder kiddies lotion?????

Just had a quick look on Boots and Ambre Solaire do a lotion for senstive skin at a high SPF. Hope this helps. There may be more too but found that one first!

Hope you have a good holiday. We are going to Center Parcs next week so no suntan lotion required, lol!

xx

Someone else recommended Tesco's own brand to me as well! Will definitely give that a try, and perhaps the Ambre Solaire one!
Thanks so much for the suggestions!!

your welcome..but tesco one really stains white clothes so make sure you apply before they get dressed and give time to soak in(unless theyre dressed in play clothes and doesnt matter if they go funny colour?)

Lavera chemical free, it's brilliant!!!!!!

Mothercare's baby range was fab for DS and he suffers from excema.

The Banana Boat range is good and available from Superdrug or Boots and I have seen it in Matalan as well.

I tried a lot of creams last year and found Bergaderm is the best for children (and adults!). One application for the whole day, unless you are in the desert or somewhere, and it is a mousse, so easy to apply.
link here

I did read it was developed for excema sufferers, so is really does do the business at protecting skin and not irritating it. I've used the adult version for years and years now, nothing else comes close for protection

I was going to suggest Aveeno, but I see that didn't work for you. How about Bergaderm? You have to be careful not to get it into eyes though, as it stings.

we had a similar prob - but found banana boat helped a bit.

heard that bergham one is good
