What are the cons (not the pros!) of a phil and teds?

I'm feeling another buggy purchase coming on and am thinking of a P&Ts for dds (4mths and 24mths). So I don't make a horrible mistake - what are the bad things I need to know about a P&Ts. I keep only hearing good things but that may be my selective hearing as I'm thinking of getting one.

I can steer mine one handed.Only thing I don't like about it ds1 loves being in it so much,he hardly walks anywhere.

abidabidoo - my 2yo likes to walk behind it and 'help' push using the frame of the back seat as a handle.

One thing I don't like is that a toddler in the back seat can reach the wheels. He never seems to get his fingers trapped, but not exactly clean I suppose and I do sometimes think it's just a matter of time...

midnight - I hadn't thought of that - maybe she isn't tall enough yet, but I'll bear it mind - thanks!

I'll agree with the stupid raincover!! And lack of storage. But I use mine to walk over real rough terrain, and it is brilliant. I regularly push it with one hand. It is a bit awkward when ds (16wks) is awake, as he can't see out from the baby carriage bit.

I still love it though!

Love it, love it!

I just had mine up for sale and then changed my mind as I couldn't part with it. Even though I have another pram anyway.

I only have it in single but have had one about 18 mths ago in doubles and it was fab.

They now come with mudguards as standard so takes away the hands on wheels issue and also I think the back seat reclines a bit now too on the newer sport model.

I have it in pink camo which is new out and would be perfect for two dd's.

I can steer mine one handed too.
