does this pushchair exist?????

Hi, can anyone recognise this discription (my wish-list) and can tell me if such a pushchair exisits?
-I need a single buggy.
-It's light weight & mainly to be used for travel trains & flights
-It has a small folding raincover, not a framed one.
-It folds one-handed & locks shut.
-It has a largish shopping basket.
-It has 2 seperate handles to hang bags on, not one. (Not 100% necessary).
-***most important - It can accomodate a 3 yr old occasionally perching reasonably safely somewhere at the back - eg a strong shopping basket/ built in step specifically designed for this.
- It doesn't cost loads - I already have 3 'proper' pushchairs! - I only need this for travelling 2 or 3 times a year.
I don't want a buggy board & the 3 year old usually walks, but if we're running for the train or she's tired I need to be able to transport her too.
IDoes this miracle pushchair exist? Does anyone have one to sell??

Hi Pushchairaddict, the buggy I've got for dd (she is 16 months) fits most of your criteria I think, it's from Mothercare and called the Rumba Stroller - I paid about £75.00 for it but think it might have been on offer. It has a really neat little raincover which is flexible and fits really easily with two press studs either side of the hood, also comes with a lovely matching cosytoe, so pretty good value. Can thoroughly recommend it but have a feeling that Graco do one that is quite a bit lighter, however I was put off Graco as my first pram (3 in 1) had problems with the wheels and frame, had to go back to Graco and I never got even a letter explaining what had gone wrong, sorry the product failed etc, so not very into their products I'm afraid.
Hope this is helpful

I have never heard of a pushchair with a bit to carry a three year old on the back - and I've looked at every lightweight pushchair there is. I think you have to get a buggy board. Why don't you want one?

Thanks Melly & Aloha.
I don't want to buy a buggy board as well as a new pushchair - that'd be just too expensive, as my crap crap crap single I have at the moment can't be used with one, so I'd need to replace the happily coming to the end of it's life crap crap crap one I have now (- can you tell I hate it??)
I'd rather just get a pushchair that dd could perch on for the infrequent odd moment this was necessary. The main use for this pushchair would be travel (mainly flying), and I can't bare the thought of getting to the plane, trying to keep dd under control, carry 3 coats, the handluggage, a baby AND a buggy board. I'm trying to make my life easier, not add to the crap I've already got to lug about.
I see loads of people who manage to get thier older to perch just for a couple of minutes here and there, but usually the pushchairs are a bit too bit for what I'm looking for.
How do other people manage esp when flying with 2 small kids. The 20 minute dash throught Heathrow nearly killed poor dd.
I'll have a look at the rumba, thanks Melly
