I had the toaster pockets which work ( you can make cheese toasties in a normal toaster) .. but prefer my toastie press (not lakeland though)

the material cake tin liners - no more cutting your baking paper to fit

similar thing: the pre-cut rolls of baking parchment for the sides of tins, so easy.

Agree - baking tray liners
silicon cake tins,
e-cloth for shiny surfaces and glass.
