trinity - they really are only fruit that is smoothied / no extras
ingredients listed on their site

well trinity what you COULD do is to get an empty Innocent carton and a funnel, and make up a home-made smoothie and then pour it into the carton...

I expect you have PLENTY of time for such things, which is why I am suggesting it

actually filly
that is an idea that my tired addled brain didn't think of

Well Trinity - the majority opinion on that other thread was that smoothies are fine

misdee · 25/01/2008 17:15

ah trinity dont worry. innocent smoothies are good imo, obviously eating fruit in its original form is better, so is making your own, but innocent smoothies contain just fruit. dd's love them and i use them as an extra boost to thier fruit and veg intake.

btw the big cartons of kids innocent smoothies are reduced to £2 at tesco atm, which apparently has 7 servings.

ellas house pouches are also good (havent checked ingrediants) and i get these for harefield days as they dont need to be kept cool.

I was about to suggest the same thing

Buy straws too - bendy bright coloured ones? Call it a 'pink drink'? Freeze it in lolly moulds?

DD has evenings when all she'll 'eat' is a homemade smoothie (I chuck a bit of oatmeal/yoghurt into them for fillingness). Tis far better than all sorts of things they could be having.

My attitude to making a fruit smoothie or juicing my fruit myself would be 'Oh christ, not more time spent in the kitchen'
