But I want one that actually makes my clothes smell of something nice. And with a smell that stays for ages. Can anyone recommend?

They are usually packaged in a white bottle

oooh, i have a boring fabric conditioner question, can I join in?

is there an ecover/equivalent version? we're trying to use greener cleaning products, but i can't seem to find a fabric conditioner in this range and i've finally (after about 10 years) convinced dh that fabric conditioner doesn't actually give him itchy skin.

i'm using the sainsbos winter one atm too, it smells great!

The yellow lenor smells the best I think.

I use fairy non bio always have capsules and now their fabric softener - I don't think my clothes smell of anything but gave a maternity top to a friend a while ago and she said when she wore it it smelt like all my clothes do!

I really thought my clothes didn't actually smell of fabric softener but you actually just get used to the smell I think and so don't smell it yourself!

yellow lenor for general use, and the mauve lavendar lenor for bedding.

(i started a similar thread a while ago and plumped for those two as a result )
