I can't find them online and I can't work the bloody thing out! Well, I've got it to fold up and fold down, more by luck than judgment. And I've clipped the pushchair on so it's rear-facing, and I've put the cover and footmuff and hood on. But the pushchair bit kind of rocks, which is not inspiring me to entrust DD to it, and the handles have minds of their own. I've done a google search and found out that the sliders on the side make the front wheels lock or swivel (why???? why would I want locked front wheels????) and that's about the extent of my knowledge.

I haven't been lazy - I really have tried to find out this stuff myself, but now I'm stumped. Can any kind Loola owners help me out. How on earth do I stop the chair from swivelling? How do I get it to recline or bend in the middle? And how can I fix the handles so they stay in one place?

Right...

Handles: there should be two little buttons next to each handle which allow them to be placed at 3 positions. Pushing these in and turning the handles makes them move.
Swivelling: I presume you mean the wheels??? Grey sliders on the side lock the wheels. Make sure wheels are facing forward and then slide the sliders. The wheels should lock (I lock mine when folding it to put into car, stops mud getting on my clothes from swivelling wheels!) Also they recommend that if you are going over bumpy ground you should lock the wheels as if they break off when not locked they are not covered by guarantee.
Pushchair rocking - normal I'm afraid. Becomes more solid when you have a child sat in the seat but still not as solid as a fixed frame pram.
Recline: there should be a squeezy handle on the back of the seat which will allow pram to go in 4 positions. Doesn't lay completely flat though in case that's what you were hoping!
Hope this helps!

Dorel UK are the UK distributor. They should be able to send a copy of the instructions.

Thank you both. Now I know what I'm doing - well, as much as I ever do - it's a nice pushchair!
