Argos have this one www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4057114/Trail/C%24cip%3D1500005988.Kitchen%2Band%2Blaundry %3EC%24cip%3D1500006097.Vacuum%2Bcleaners%3EC%24cip%3D1500006098.Upright%2Bbagless%2Bvacuum%2Bcleane rs.htm

It is a really really good hoover. It's a bit more than £50, but well worth the money.

used2bthin · 15/09/2007 16:47

Oh thanks, are the bagless ones good? Need a small one on wheels if you see what i mean but there is probably anequivalent, i will go and have look.

morningpaper · 15/09/2007 16:57

Meile Cat and Dog

NEXT

moondog · 15/09/2007 16:59

Oh Lord, can't find it but yes,the Cat & Dog jobby. I've just put mine away this very moment.

EscapeFrom · 15/09/2007 17:00

I am sure miele are fab

but horrociously expensive.

Op says she wants one for around £50, not an angeldust hoover from harrods

moondog · 15/09/2007 17:02

£50?????

That won't buy you much more than a broom.

EscapeFrom · 15/09/2007 17:04

The one I posted is sixty-something, and is a really good one! best in it's price range and (I reckon) as good as a dyson.

used2bthin · 16/09/2007 15:06

Thanks only just checked this, miele eh?m basing my search on the Argos catalogue so no miele in there! Will have look for your thread though moondog. The £50 is flexible, I just resent speding on a hoover when I've got a god one here that he i taking. Oh well, there's far less hoovering etc to be done now it' just me and DD here anyway!

Henry is very good, should be able to find him online for about £80 ish.

lyra41 · 16/09/2007 16:22

I definitely recommend Henry

nooka · 16/09/2007 16:25

We love our Henry too (and he's over 10 years old which is pretty good going for electrical goods)

used2bthin · 16/09/2007 21:42

Ooh but Henry is what I'm using atm, it is good. Bet I'm going to notice the difference then if I get a cheap one. My aunt said she's just bought a miele for around £70 but that doesn't sound right to me, surely they are more than that?

OP posts:
fishie · 16/09/2007 21:44

cheap hoovers not worth it. get miele.

pobletsmum · 16/09/2007 21:54

Henry or Miele, and yes, I bet you could get one for £70 if you look around.

used2bthin · 16/09/2007 22:22

ok thanks then, Miele it is. I like Henry a lot but would annoy me even more to replace it with same thing I don't know why! Thanks everyone.

susiemj · 17/09/2007 09:40
