it would seem that the humble wastepaper basket is a bit of a rare thing... where can i find some please?

any ideas?

the v few i have found are either painted in garish disney characters, or ridiculously tiny or all pretentious and wanky (i mean, a bin fgs)

please direct me somewhere if ytou can... (it has just occured to me to try MUJI online, but their website seems to be down)

LOL, im in teesside plenty of cheapy shops...ok then go to big shopping park(we have portrack lane, teesside park etc) and they'll have some housy type/bedding/curtain shops, guarantee theyll have some!

well, it feels like ive been keeping an eye out all over and just not finding.
have looked in sainsbos, tesco (big stores), next home (as i was passing), homebase, john lewis, done various internet searches...

will keep trying.... thanks for lots of tips on places to try... seems like its just luck on the day what they have in, yes?

oh no, i want one in every room. im not trekking all the way to the sodding kitchen every time i have a scrap of paper to chuck (i live in a v large house you know )

if i dont have them (like now) theres little piles of rubbish everywhere. which is, frankly, rubbish.

I've just had the same problem!!

After rejecting Ikea ones (a bit too plastic or cheap looking) and John Lewis (too expensive - £50 for a bin!!!)I found a nice wicker one with a linen liner thingy in Bhs Home for about a tenner.
