Wooden baby toys?

Does anyone know any good sites to order from? I've found a couple from googling but they don't have as much variety as I'd like. Ds2 is 7 and a half months and I'd like to get him a few nice wooden toys (small and/or large) as he has enough plastic stuff and I prefer the wooden ones really.

Beware

Ds used to throw toys when he got to about 12mnths, had to remove wooden toys as they do some damage (to the walls, floor, me etc)

JodieG1 · 28/08/2007 09:15

Thanks again, so many to choose from! MamaG hehe thanks for helping

Just a little word of warning. I bought a wooden toy for dd when she was about 6mo, and she put it straight in her mouth. Several days later a friend came along and as we were chatting I wiped the freshly-licked toy, only to see the colour in the tissue.

hana · 28/08/2007 09:47

and I'd make sure that none of the wooden toys are made in China - too much risk with all the lead paint lately

amidaiwish · 28/08/2007 09:52

We used the Little green Earthlets for our ds toys and other items when he was this age. Never had a problem with them, deliveries etc. very good.
