tried baby oil after bath but that has chemicals in it and didn't really work?

any idea?

cracks mainly on wrists and feet and hands...what shall i use?

am using olive oil every couple of days on my 2 week old ds

but tbh it's just one of those things isn't it? i remember ds1 having the same, but it's just the top layer coming off after birth i think
