True Franca...'tis convenient though....and convenience rules in the Mozhe household these days

francagoestohollywood · 15/07/2007 20:01

I know, it must be hectic (and waitrose def better than auchan!).
How's your little man doing? I hope he is steadily growing so that you can hold him asap

francagoestohollywood · 15/07/2007 20:01

[and btw waitrose still not delivering here]

WestCountryLass · 15/07/2007 21:01

Do check there labels, I ordered some bannoffee pie cakey things and they had hydrogenated vegetable oils in and loads of other crap. Also ordered some ready meals that had worryingly high salt contents.

bigmouthstrikesagain · 15/07/2007 22:42

would you really expect ready meals and cakes not to have high fat and salt contents - If I want to remain healthy and know exactly what I am ingesting - I cook from scratch...

barbamama · 17/07/2007 13:16

If you get the delivery make sure you use the money off voucher - normally you get £15 off your first order if over £90. They normally email you this after you have been registered a while or you can find them on the internet.

Marina · 17/07/2007 13:20

Tideford Foods' Hey Pesto (best shop-bought pesto ever, it's lovely)
Lorina pink lemonade for whenever you have lunch and the adults are drinking wine
Vrai organic creme caramels
As others have said, their deli seafood salad
Their own label organic columbian blacktail eggs are excellent
Cubetti di pancetta for omelettes, quiches, pasta sauces
For a big treat the Quilon Malabar Banquet curry takeaway for two
Fever Tree mixers (tonic water with no additives, it is really something)
Leek bacon and roquefort tarte
