I'm fed up of making yorkshires and them sticking to the bottom.

Does anyone know where I can get a decent yorkshire pudding tin from?

I prefer the individual yorkshire rather than the large ones

I use muffin tins ,they are great for really high rise yorkies. I alwaysuse vegetable oil or suflower oil as they seem less likely to stick. Also heat tin well first before putting in the mix.

I bought quite a heavy non stick one in sainsburys. I bought a 4 muffin tin rather than a 6 bun tin and it's great for york.puds.

Muffin tins again. Also, a good helping of oil in each tin and heat up in oven for at least 20 mins before adding mixture. When you add mixture, oil should be sizzling. If it's not - put it back in the oven for another 10 mins. ps. I'm a yorkshire lass so I should know how to make them!

mermaid tins are fab... very heavy duty.. you can pop them ontop of the hob to get your fat really really sizzling and they don't buckle!

Mermaid Yorkshire Pud Tins

Another vote for muffin tins and sizzling oil. They definatley will stick if the oil is not hot enough
