Either in 2 sheets or 3 sheet?

So I don't have to use carbon paper - it would make my life easier

TIA
KMc

You mean like a custom invoice or something?

Yes you deffo can. My FIL has just shown me some delivery notes he has had printed on carbon paper for his buisiness. Contact a stationer.

SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:08

Oh you mean so you can print the form uyourself......hang on let me consult the trusted google ...

Katymac · 12/07/2007 21:09

O couldn't even work out what it would be called (let alone spell it)

SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:17

VIOLA!!!

Not sure how you would print the form outline on the 3 layers though as modern printers don't apply the pressure you would need to apply to put the image on the bottom layers.

SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:20

But not sure if that might just be for professional printing presses actually - reading hte description again...

SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:23

Not sure I can find anything that is definately for a conventional printer.

If you want to look further try googling NCR or No Carbon Required.

Is there any chance you could get a printer/stationer to do what you need or is it too expensive?

Katymac · 12/07/2007 21:28

Very expensive

I only need a few sheets - maybe 3 different forms about 50 of each

Thanks for looking - I just hoped it would be more professional

Do you think this is for laser (I think it says so)

here

OP posts:
SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:44

I think that is the same stuff. The following sentance was what worried me re domestic printers...
"exclusively designed for clean running in xerographic equipment"

SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:46

OTOH the first line of hte description is

"Produce your own purchase orders, invoices, receipts, personnel forms, contracts, job estimates, reports or any other multi-part form"

Katymac · 12/07/2007 21:50

Yeah - iot's a bit 2 faced isn't it?

& at £43 I won't be buying some to see

OP posts:
SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:53

What type of printer do you have? Inkjet or laser?

Katymac · 12/07/2007 21:54

laser

OP posts:
SlightlyMadSpider · 12/07/2007 21:57

apparetnly laser compatible, but in hte US

Katymac · 12/07/2007 21:59

I'll think tomorrow (off to bed)

Thanks for all your help - I am still undecided but I will look again tomorrow

I would be tempted to find a good local stationers which might stock the Xerox stuff we both linked below. Ask their advice as to whether it would be suitable in your printer.

Altrnatively there is this on ebay. You could ebay them to ask about printer compatibility.

I am just not sure how the printing would work on the bottom layers.

Katymac · 13/07/2007 08:57

Good Idea

Thanks for all your help
