Who wants a challenge? Sandals that are strapped to your feet somehow but aren't grannyish please

Isimply cannot walk in shoes that aren't properly attached to my feet

flip flops, mules, slip on sandally things
all a no no

so the sandals I have at the mo which are flat, black and have lots of thin elastiocs across the whole foot AND one round the heel are dying. had them a year and a half and the sole is breaking up.
help me find some new ones

oh and unlike others I am not averse to pink and other colours but I HATE ORANGE

I really like Moshulu. They're not cheap but IMO worth the money.

I got birkis like these on ebay They stay on fine and don't flap (OK they fart but I think that is my feet) and look OK, well I think so.

Tis Ok I hate sandals and have terrible problems getting ones I like, the fact that these fart when I walk means I still havn't got any to wear in public , so I wear trainers all summer

Have you a TKMaxx near you? Was at ours today and they had quite a lot of flat, "properly attaching" sandals. Obviously can't say any of them would be your taste, but might be worth a try if you're near one.
