RENAULT SCENIC II: Can two adults plus a child seat fit in the back?

Comfortably I mean. DD will be in her booster seat, with back. Then me and MIL.

Looking at this for car hire on holiday and trying to decide if big enough. Will use this car for the journeys we all make together so could be a fair distance at times.

I did say in OP it was for car hire, lol. All very useful info regardless though.

So I go for the 5 seater Scenic then?

hulababy - we have a scenic - the tank is a scenic

Never been in the back of it though Katz, just front. Will me, MIL and DD (in car seat) fit comfortably in back?

we can get the two big carseats and britax hi liner across the back - so yes. My advice would be to put your dd in the middle with you and mil either side.

your welcome to pop over and have a go, as in the and me either side of a car seat

Hulababy · 12/06/2007 19:51

Think I'll risk it. Want to book tonight if I can.

We have a grande scenic and all 3 are behind the front seats. 2 high backed boosters on the side and the baby seat in the middle. The middle is the safest place in the car for the baby seat. The 2 seats behind the 2nd row are a squeeze though.

We have the prestige model and it's a 2.0L petrol.

This is a 1.5 DCI that we are thinking of hiring for the holiday.
