I gave Lego Ice cube trays to most of my family for Christmas, which might explain why they are no longer available in the UK!

if i were my mum i'd say klippits

Tutter · 10/05/2007 17:58

and this cling-film cutter

she bought me one and i feel obliged to use it, even though i find it makes not a jot of difference to my cling film cutting experience

have you never heard of pixies

I am now wondering if one has to press the plunger for each individual cherry .. has anyone get one / getting one?

southeastastra · 10/05/2007 18:00

my mum used to have one of those cling film cutters, it was great until it got blunt then it would gather the cling film up into a knot

KathyMCMLXXII · 10/05/2007 19:39

I think you do, Twiglett.

I think it's implied by "press the plunger, and out shoots a perfectly intact, pitted cherry."

Aw, this is reminding me of my grandad who used to tell us that their tea machine at work had elves inside it, but the elves had to spoon out the tea with teaspoons which was why the tea machine was so slow....

PedroPony · 10/05/2007 20:25

oohi loev a klippet

KathyMCMLXXII · 10/05/2007 20:29

My MIL would not need klippits because she saves the little strips of tape from loaves of bread in a special bag and reuses them

Imagine having a 48-pack, though.

SoupDragon · 10/05/2007 20:31

Lego Ice cubes from the UK lego shop. And only £3.99 not £7 from Ebay!

SoupDragon · 10/05/2007 20:33

I want a Purple lunchbox!

SoupDragon · 10/05/2007 20:35

And I see SpongeBob Lego has made it to the UK at last. [sigh]

saggers · 10/05/2007 20:43
