Purple pants!

My potty training dd has declared that she wants purple pants rather than the pink ones I managed to get her from M+S! As she is struggling with poos at the moment I want to do all I can to encourage her!

Can anyone tell me where I can get some purple (or lilac)little girls pants? She is small and skinny for her 2y6mo; as a guide, the John Lewis 2-3 years size fall off her, and M+S age 18-24 months size are just right!

My dd has lilac/purple ones from Next. She is little as well and the Next pants are more like briefs, not huge gym type knickers, so fit her better.
They also have princesses and stuff on whch goes down well

B.H.S has purple and pink ones too (well lilac)

DD had a pack of pants that had lilac in -from Mothercare.

bloody Next directory charges £3.50 postage minimum for a 3-pack of pants costing £4.99! Thanks for the other suggestions, this miserable town can at least manage a Woolies and BHS!

Is there not a next near you?? You could then have it delivered to the store and then you don't have to pay delivery!!!!

Tissy · 03/08/2004 10:40

nope, nearest Next is Glasgow, 20 miles away. I'm working this weekend, and off on hols the following weekend, so not likely to be near a Next for a month or so. I'm sure that Woolies/ BHS will have something that will do (until she changes her mind again, that is- nursery put her in pull-ups yesterday, because she seemed afraid of making a mess, so this morning she was asking for the "elephant pants" again, and of course, I'd thrown them out. Grr!).

Has she any white ones that you could dye?? I think Dylon do a dye that you can bung in the washing machine.

thanks, essbee, that's very kind of you, but I should be able to get to Woolies/ BHS later on this afternoon. Can I get back to you if I draw a blank there?
