Kosta Boda glassware - how best to get rid of

dh and I have masses of Swedish glassware (primarily because we lived in the region where the glass factories are and they're the only thing open on a Sunday! Hence every visitor we ever had had to tour the factories for something to do at the weekend!).

Anyway, dh bought for his mum some bits from the Tulipa range, like this tumbler and this jug . Don't ask me why (as it's totally her style and not ours) she insisted on giving it back saying she was worried about breaking it. (This was prior to ds being born I should add!)

I'm reluctant to try and eBay them as I've never eBayed before, glass doesn't seem a winner as a first product to flog (unless I put it up collection only I guess). Any other thoughts on disposing of it? I guess it would make an excellent gift to a charity shop.

I've nothing helpful to say, but my word that's hideous!

I quite agree. On the other hand, this is positively tame compared with some of the glasses MIL has decorated herself

Oh god... I don't think I want to imagine those then
