I am at the point of yet again having to chuck out ds's best shirt because it has got a stain on it (I blame party food )

We use crappy eco liquid washing stuff which does bugger all, but we have not found anything effective on shifting stains once they have been washed and failed to come out.

I am at the stage where I don't give a toss if it is something toxic, I just want to avoid throwing out yet another beautiful shirt.

PLEAAAAAASE who knows what will work?

didn't there used to be a soap called sunlight?

I was so excited I have started a new thread but ASTONISH OXYGEN got the stain off most dramatically

Thanks all for advice

Franny, where did you get it from hun? xx

WG I think it was the pound shop or something like that - it has been sitting in my cupboard for about 6 years tbh

Today it has eradicated:

felt pen from Babar top

and

something unidentified from last year's posh party shirt.

It has tried valiantly but not totally succeeded, on ancient tomato stains. I think it has faded them, we may try doing it again tomorrow
