I wondered if any regular ebayers or business people have any recommendations?

No, but I just use kitchen scales (the old fashioned type with weights)and I haven't got the posrtage wrong yet! What I do is weigh the unwrapped item on the scales, then look at the Royal Mail website for the price, and go up to the next weight for my P+P. It usually adds a few pence for the wrapping, which I think is reasonable.

I also use kitchen scales, just normal ones. I've printed out the list from the royal mail website so it's always to hand, and again add on a bit for packaging costs. Postage is always accurate when I go to the post office.

I shall have to re-examine my kitchen scales but I don't think they're big enough.

I use digital kitchen scale. The "tray" bit is completely flat so can take most things - you can put a larger flat thing on and re-zero it if you need to weigh something large and floppy (ooer!)

I'm ashamed to say I can't remember the last time I used my kitchen scales but they have a bowl on them so I think I definitely need something else.

Post Office will send you a free one made from cardboard, but it works, if you log on it's obvious - even a choice of patterns and deliverd very quickly.

Not obvious 2 me, Oswald...

I also use digital kitchen scales.

Zebra - I just looked on the Post office website and cant imagine how i ever found it. Just put EasyWeigh into search facility and it will find it.
